There is a ton of action and a whole lot of hand grenades. Haven’t seen Jungle Wolf 1? Don’t worry about it. Ron Marchini will make sure you’re all caught up through the power of flashbacks!

The book details the account of director Shin Sang-Ok and his wife, actress Choi Eun-Hee. They are both international stars and kidnapped by Kim Jong-Il to make movies in North Korea. Pulgasari was one of those films. The book provides an in-depth look at couple’s tale as well as a riveting look into the life of Kim Jong-Il and his country. Chris gets the big man’s hot take on Pulgasari, North Korea’s only kaiju movie. The awful dictator, Kim Jong-Il, produced Pulgasari and the film was directed by Shin Sang-ok.
